LS5: Being the Role of Leader

This module recognizes leadership as a human energy field and explores the sustaining quality of the inner person when all outer influences are defiant of leadership.

Within organizations, especially networked organizations, it is not always necessary for the person fulfilling a leadership function to be seen or proclaimed as a leader. Many people are leaders by virtue of their quality of being and prefer to quietly lead for a while when they see a need they can fulfill in a specific situation and then subsequently return to a non-leadership role. This quality of being can be learned. The training is similar to Leadership in Transition, except it is customized to those who would prefer not to be seen and/or proclaimed as leader.
