1: Effective Discussion
Almost everything people do is done in groups where people
communicate with each other. Whenever people interact within
groups their conversation or discussions go well, are mediocre
or descend into dysfunction. There are reasons why this happens.
This skill training demonstrates why conversations become
satisfactory, mediocre or dysfunctional, how to design
and lead a satisfying discussion and how to rescue a dysfunctional
one.
