Consensus Building

Leaders at all levels need to be skilled at the art of developing consensus. Short of giving direct orders, this is how all things get done - the group agrees that it is the right thing to do. But how? How do leaders ensure that consensus is built in a way that everyone finds their needs satisfied, they become committed and the job still gets done?
